Service support

Here at TeraView we offer a comprehensive portfolio of support services, all of which are supported by years of experience, working closely with our customers.

We recommend that, for optimum performance, instruments are serviced twice yearly.

The following maintenance plans are available:-

1 Basic Support Agreement

This support package covers two visits which can be either preventative maintenance and/or corrective action visits.

Parts, living and travel are excluded and will be chargeable as per our standard pricelist.

Response time: Best efforts

2 Standard Support Agreement

This support package covers three preventative maintenance and/or corrective action visits, standard parts, travel and software upgrades.

The laser is excluded and will be chargeable as per our standard pricelist.

Response time: Priority

3 Gold Support Agreement

This support package includes 2 preventative maintenance visits, unlimited corrective action visits. Lasers are included as well as software upgrades, parts and labour for corrective action visits and priority response time.

4 Bespoke Support Agreement

This support package is tailored to the specific customer requirements.
